Welcome to the Malltraeth Cottage website!

We offer coastal holiday accommodation in the southwest of Anglesey, in the area of Bodorgan.

This part of the coast is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB),
with extensive sea and mountain views. The cottage is ideally situated adjacent to the estuary of the Afon Cefni and nearby Newborough Forest, which is home to a number of protected breeding red squirrels.

The local area is ideal for bird watching with several RSPB reserves along the Cefni valley, amongst others on the island. Malltraeth village makes for an excellent base for touring both the island and the northern mainland, with many places of interest for both wildlife and local history.

A wide range of both outdoor and indoor activities for all ages are available throughout Anglesey, ranging from horseriding and windsurfing to fishing and motor sports and many more.
